Ett härligt recept för att lågtemperera innanlår i ugn med smak av basilika, vitlök och svartpeppar. Servera gärna med ugnsrostade rotfrukter.

Gör så här

  1. Mixa alla ingredienser
  2. Gnid in hela köttet med marinaden och låt det vila över natten.
  3. Sätt ugnen på 100°.
  4. Lägg köttet i en ugnsfastform och håll över all marinad. Sätt in den i mitten av ugnen med en stektermometer, tag ut när innertemperaturen är cirka 56–57°.
  5. Låt steken vila under en bit smörgåspapper 5–10 min innan det skivas upp.
  6. Spara marinaden och servera den tillsammans med ugnsrostade rotfrukter

Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
