Aji Lemon Drop is an EU Organic certified chili sauce containing 2 types of Baccatum chili, Aji Cristal & Aji Lemon Drop. The sweet and sour fruity citrus flavor of the chili peppers is clearly evident in the sauce. With its fresh, clean taste, it is very suitable for fish or chicken. It is also very good in salad dressing. Heat 3/5.
The sauce is made from organic bell peppers and chillies fermented for at least 2 weeks. It has a rich and fruity flavour with a lovely heat and a strong garlic taste. It goes very well with eggs, soups, and noodle and rice dishes. Heat 2/5.

Scorpion Inferno has won 2nd prize in the international competition The Hot Pepper Awards. The sauce contains 45% of the notorious chili variety Trinidad Scorpion Yellow, which can reach up to 1 million Scoville units. Against a background of sea buckthorn, apricot, and peach, the floral notes of this super-hot chili variety emerge, and when the furious heat strikes, a taste explosion is created in the mouth. Give your barbecue an exciting twist with smoking wood from Smålandsstenar! Chunks are, simply put, wood pieces of various sizes that are suitable for use in most grills and smokers. The pieces can produce smoke for a longer period than, for example, wood chips, and therefore work well for both smaller and more substantial cuts of meat. The mild smoky flavor that alder wood provides is suitable for meat, fish, and sausages.

Bee bread in very limited edition! The bee bread comes from Ringabergets honung in Hjo, where the bees contribute to biodiversity and flowering meadows in the West Swedish natural landscape. Inside the hive there are honeycombs where the bees store pollen and enclose it in honey to extend its shelf life. When this pollen has been fermented by the honey's natural lactic acid bacteria, it becomes bee bread. Sprinkle about 1 tsp over yogurt, mix into a smoothie or eat as is!
White clover is the bees' favorite flower, offering both pollen and nectar of the highest quality. White clover honey is light yellow and creamy, easy to spread on sandwiches, and has a mild, full floral flavor. This honey comes from Gunvor Torstensson at Godegården and is excellent as a flavor enhancer in both sweet baked goods and savory dishes, giving a naturally rounded and delicious taste.
This sauce has a rounded flavour of roasted onion and bell pepper with a little kick from our own habanero chillies. Roasted Habanero Chili Sauce is perfect for hamburgers, stir-fried vegetables, or to spice up your pasta sauce. Heat 2/5.

Our food artisans at Gröna Grenar in Ma have gone all in, practically smoking every ingredient in this rub that can be smoked, to give your taste buds an extraordinary experience. In addition to massaging the rub into a piece of meat, you can also mix a little of the spice blend into your burger mixture to give your burgers a smoky note.
Heat from chipotle chili and a smoky note from oak-smoked paprika – an easy way to add a flavour twist to meat or grilled vegetables. The rub was developed in collaboration with the small-scale food artisans at Gröna Grenar in Ma and is made from organic ingredients. Season approximately 30 minutes before cooking for best results.
