For a long time, there has been talk about the importance of a robust food system with shorter steps from farm to plate, a system where both the environment and animal welfare are prioritized. Despite this, large parts of our food industry have become dependent on imported animal feed (mainly soy), diesel-powered machinery, and artificial fertilizer to maintain a high and consistent production rate. The effects are evident in the form of enormous animal factories, depleted soils, and an ecosystem out of balance.

Scorpion Inferno has won 2nd prize in the international competition The Hot Pepper Awards. The sauce contains 45% of the notorious chili variety Trinidad Scorpion Yellow, which can reach up to 1 million Scoville units. Against a background of sea buckthorn, apricot, and peach, the floral notes of this super-hot chili variety emerge, and when the furious heat strikes, a taste explosion is created in the mouth.
