It's a perfect box for those who enjoy a grilled ribeye, a rare sirloin, or a pan-fried tenderloin cooked to perfection. Brisket, also known as point brisket, is a relatively unknown cut in Sweden but immensely popular in the American South. Brisket is a fattier forequarter cut that is excellent for rubbing with plenty of spices and cooking slowly, preferably in a smoker BBQ-style. The cut has the same texture as stew meat and requires long cooking at low temperatures. It has a fat cap on both the top and bottom and a very rich meat flavor. A grilling cut for the more advanced chef. This smaller size corresponds to approximately half a brisket and consists of both the "point" and "flat" muscles. Please note! Brisket should not be confused with Obeef brisket, which is a completely different cut. Hot, Spanish flavours meet Bohuslän grass-fed beef in our incredibly tasty chorizo! Seasoned with onion, paprika, cayenne pepper and cumin, and like our other sausages, it has a high meat content of 93%. Detail box

When you prefer dishes made from cuts from the entire animal. Our cuts box represents all the most common whole cuts found in beef. It's a box completely without mince, but with a fine mixture of whole beef to fry, boil, and bake in the oven. You'll find prime cuts such as sirloin or ribeye, as well as roasts of top round and silverside, and stewing meat like chuck and beef roll. All anatomically divided based on how the cuts on a cow look.

Rib-eye steak

Marbled, tender steak. Entrecôte is located between the chuck and the sirloin, and is one of the most marbled cuts on the animal. It is characterized by its intramuscular fat and a strip of fat in the middle. Grass-feeding gives the fat a mild and rounded flavor, and dry-aging for 7–14 days helps to concentrate the flavors in the cut. Best suited for grilling or pan-frying in slices, but can also be advantageously cooked whole. Authentic food craft from Hållsunga larder in Kärna! This chorizo combines the spices of Spanish cuisine with the rich taste of grass-fed meat. Flank steak

Hearty grilled steak. The flank steak is located next to the silverside and the brisket. This is a cut that is easy to prepare and is best suited for grilling or pan-frying whole. Feel free to marinate the meat before cooking. Flank steak is also great for slicing into a stir-fry or a stroganoff. It is also excellent minced for steak tartare thanks to its fine and deep meat flavor. Round of beef

Delicious roast. As it comes from the hindquarter, the silverside has relatively more connective tissue and therefore needs to be cooked for a bit longer. However, connective tissue in itself is not a negative thing; in fact, if prepared correctly, it can contribute significantly to a rich flavor. The silverside is located between the topside and the outside flat, and several smaller roasts can be cut from it. It also works perfectly as a whole roast; the trick is to cook it at a relatively low temperature. If you buy 2 packages or more, you get a 10% discount. Round of beef

Between the topside and silverside is the flavorful eye of round. The secret behind its rich flavor is, among other things, that the cut is rich in connective tissue, but it requires loooong cooking at a low temperature for the flavors to be released.

Grilled pieces

Small, tender pieces from the whole animal. "Grillbitar" (grilling pieces) are not an actual cut of meat, but rather small pieces that are tender enough to be suitable for outdoor cooking in summer, for example, on a grill or a muurikka. The meat consists of trimmings from the whole animal, primarily from sirloin, ribeye, beef tenderloin, tip sirloin, chuck, and roast beef, and is cut into pieces weighing approximately 50–150g. Mining Sausage

Delicious sausage with a "falukorv" character, made from our flavorful and grass-fed beef! The Gruvkorv was developed in collaboration with MälarChark and is free from nitrite, e-numbers, and other additives. The reason for the name "Gruvkorv" (Mine Sausage) is that this type of sausage can only be called Falukorv if it contains nitrite, which we do not want in our products!

Våra nya hamburgare görs på ekologiskt, gräsbetat nötkött med 20 % fetthalt – mald på 5 mm hålskiva för att ge en grov och saftig struktur i varje tugga. Varje burgare väger 120 gram och pressas för hand innan den styckfryses en och en. Därefter handvakuumpackas den omsorgsfullt, så att du enkelt kan ta fram precis så många puckar du behöver – direkt från frysen till stekpannan eller grillen. Detta är hamburgare utan krångel, med ett gediget hantverk bakom. Inga fyllnads- eller bindemedel, E-nummer eller andra tillsatser.
