Hot, Spanish flavours meet Bohuslän grass-fed beef in our incredibly tasty chorizo! Seasoned with onion, paprika, cayenne pepper and cumin, and like our other sausages, it has a high meat content of 93%. The chorizo is packed with flavourful beef, seasoned with a carefully selected combination of spices, leaving no room for nitrites, E-numbers, flavour enhancers or other fillers.

Brisket - ca 3 kg

Brisket, also known as point brisket, is a relatively unknown cut in Sweden but immensely popular in the American South. Brisket is a fattier forequarter cut that is excellent for rubbing with plenty of spices and cooking slowly, preferably in a smoker BBQ-style. The cut has the same texture as stew meat and requires long cooking at low temperatures. It has a fat cap on both the top and bottom and a very rich meat flavor. A grilling cut for the more advanced chef. This smaller size corresponds to approximately half a brisket and consists of both the "point" and "flat" muscles. Please note! Brisket should not be confused with Obeef brisket, which is a completely different cut.
