Our pork is organic and dry-aged, and currently only comes from Erik Ragnarsson & Sofia Warefelt's farm Kärragärde (Tvååker in Halland). These are happy pigs with free access to outdoor living and an organic diet, resulting in a wonderfully fine flavor in the meat. The meat is dry-aged for 4–5 days and hand-butchered at our butchery in Uddevalla. On all whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which breeder the animal comes, its breed, and age.

Beef:
Our beef is organic, grass-fed beef from western Sweden. We collaborate with about 40 cattle breeders from Ekshärad in the north to Simlångsdalen in the south. These are farms we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and care for animals and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which allows them to grow at a natural pace, and the meat thus has time to become marbled, flavorful, and tender. The meat is dry-aged for 7–14 days and hand-butchered at our butchery in Uddevalla. On all whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which breeder the animal comes, its sex, breed, and age.
