Flank steak
Hearty grilled steak. The flank steak is located next to the silverside and the brisket. This is a cut that is easy to prepare and is best suited for grilling or pan-frying whole. Feel free to marinate the meat before cooking. Flank steak is also great for slicing into a stir-fry or a stroganoff. It is also excellent minced for steak tartare thanks to its fine and deep meat flavor.
