Gör så här

  1. Pressa vitlöken och rör ihop alla ingredienser till marinaden.
  2. Torka av köttet, salta och peppra.
  3. Pensla på 2/3 av marinaden.
  4. Förbered salsan under tiden genom att blanda ihop saften från en pressad citron med olivoljan och rörsockret. Skala/filéa en av citronerna och limen och hacka i små bitar. Hacka koriandern, pressa vitlöken och blanda ihop allt. Smaka av med salt och nymalen svartpeppar.
  5. Låt salsan stå.
  6. Bryn sedan köttet på grillen på båda sidorna. Stick i en köttermometer i den tjockaste delen på köttet.
  7. Grilla under lock tills innertemperaturen är cirka 60°. 
  8. Ta av köttet från grillen och pensla med resten av marinaden. Låt ligga cirka 10 minuter innan du skivar upp. 
  9. Toppa köttet med citrussalsan.
  10. Servera med grillad spetskål, rödbetor och morötter.
