Fransk potatissallad med baconlindade kycklingspett

En underbar rätt som passar utmärkt till utflykten året runt. Servera gärna med ett fruktigt öl!

Gör så här

  1. Skala, koka och tärna potatisen i önskad storlek och låt den svalna.
  2. Skiva rödlöken i tunna skivor och lägg i en skål tillsammans med kaprisen och den svala potatisen.
  3. Rör samman senap och vinäger. Låt oljan droppa i under vispning. Krydda med salt, peppar och dragon.
  4. Häll över dressingen och blanda runt potatissalladen. Förbered gärna detta dagen innan, den blir bara godare om den få stå till sig.
  5. Skär kycklingfiléerna på mitten så att det blir totalt 8 st. Trä dem på blötlagda grillspett.
  6. Pensla alla kycklingfiléerna jämnt med Sriracha och linda bacon runt dem.
  7. Grilla spetten i övre delen av ugnen på 250 grader. Ta ut dem när baconen har fått fin färg.
