Grillad grisbog med fransk potatissallad

Skivad grisbog är en smakrik detalj som är fantastiskt bra detalj att grilla. Marinera de färdiga skivorna i valfri marinad och grilla, servera med en god franska potatissallad. Dessutom så går både köttet och potatissalladen förbereda kvällen innan er grillkväll.

Gör så här

  1. Marinera köttet i valfri marinad i minst 1 timme innan köttet skall grillas. Om inte bogen är skivad från början så skiva i 1-2 cm tjocka skivor innan de läggs i marinaden.
  2. Skala och koka potatisen i saltat vatten.
  3. Skala, hacka eller skiva löken.
  4. Sås: Blanda alla ingredienserna till såsen.
  5. Skiva den varma potatisen och lägg den i en skål, varvad med schalottenlök och kryddgrönt.
  6. Häll över salladssåsen och lyft potatisen så att alla skivor blir fuktade av såsen. Låt salladen stå ca 1 tim i kylskåpet och ta smak.
  7. Precis innan serveringen så strö över kapris och servera potatissalladen till grillade grisbogen.
