Släng ner lite julmust i köttbullarna till årets julbord! Kryddorna från musten gifter sig fint med den klassiska kryddpepparn och julstämningen är ett faktum. Tips: Om du ska göra en större mängd köttbullar kan du istället för att steka dem lägga köttbullarna på en smord plåt eller i en ugnsfast form och tillaga i ugnen på cirka 200–225°. Bryn dem då i en stekpanna efteråt så dom får fin färg!

Gör så här

  1. Krydda färsen med salt, peppar, riven gul lök, kryddpeppar och eventuellt julmust. Forma till köttbullar. Jag föredrar att göra mina köttbullar små så att det går snabbare att steka men det går lika bra att göra större.
  2. Stek i smör eller olja på medelhög värme. Om du använder julmust så var uppmärksam på att köttbullarna kan få färg lite snabbare än vanligt på grund av sockret i musten. Om de bränns så kan de få en besk ton!
  3. Rulla runt köttbullarna ofta i stekpannan, då blir köttbullarna runda och fina.
