Klassisk råbiff

Råbiff på ytterlår som serveras med de klassiska tillbehören. Några andra namn på råbiff är biff tartar och tartarbiff. När du gör råbiff är det viktigt är att inte använda färdimald nötfärs utan biffen skall hackas eller malas från en hel nötdetalj i anslutning till serverning.

Gör så här

  1. Börja med att sätta ugnen på 220°.
  2. Ansa svartkålen och lägg ut på bakplåtspapper.
  3. Pensla med olja och strö över flingsalt.
  4. Tillaga i ugnen i ca 5–10 minuter (tills de blir krispiga)
  5. Putsa köttet och hacka i små bitar.
  6. Forma biffar och placera på en tallrik.
  7. Gör en liten grop i biffen och lägg en äggula i den.
  8. Garnera med tillbehör och chips runt biffen.
