Eftersom vår nötfärs håller så hög kvalitet behöver du varken ägg eller ströbröd för att köttbullarna, biffarna eller järparna skall hålla ihop. Krydda med salt och peppar eller dina favoritkryddor. Beräkna cirka 80–150 g nötfärs per person.

  2. Forma till biffar eller köttbullar.
