Visste du att lakrits passar ypperligt till både gris- och nötkött? I glazen finns även anis och fänkålsfrö som förstärker lakritssmaken på ett fint sätt. Honungen bidrar förstås med sötma, men ger även köttet en riktigt schysst, karamelliserad yta!

Gör så här

  1. Blanda ingredienserna i en skål.
  2. Lägg köttet i en plastpåse och häll över glazen. Låt marinera i minst två timmar i kylen, men gärna över natten!
  3. Ta ut köttet en stund innan tillagning så att det inte är kylskåpskallt vid tillagning.
  4. Stek eller grilla köttet till önskad innertemperatur.
  5. Pensla på glaze under tillagningen tills den tar slut för att maxa smakerna!

Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
