Lammfärsjärpar med mynta och fetaost

Just lamm och mynta är supergott tillsammans och med fetaosten blev dessa en fullträff! Servera med en syrlig fänkålssallad med dill, men det går lika bra med rostade rotfrukter eller en stor matig sallad.

Gör så här

  1. Blanda ihop lammfärsen med ägg, smulad fetaost, hackad mynta och kryddor.
  2. Forma järparna och stek i smör.
  3. Under tiden järparna steker så hyvla fänkålen fint med förslagsvis en mandolin.
  4. Lägg fänkålen på ett fat, pressa över ungefär halva citronen.
  5. Ringla över olja och saltar och peppra.
  6. Toppa med färsk dill och zest från citronen.
  7. Servera sedan med rostad potatis och dillaioli.

Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips.
