Larb är en thailändsk syrlig sallad gjord på nötfärs. Gillar du att äta tacos, gillar du nog denna rätt. Denna maträtt är snabb och väldigt enkel att tillaga. Syrligheten från limejuicen samt en lagom stark smak, och fungerar även bra som förrätt. 

TIPS! Det går utmärkt att byta ut nötfärs till fläskfärs.

Gör så här

  1. Ångkoka klibbigt ris enligt anvisning på förpackningen. 
  2. Steka nötfärs i en liten gryta och finfördela den så mycket som möjligt smaka av med salt. 
  3. Lägg riset och chiliflingor i grytan, blanda ihop. 
  4. Tillsätt socker och fisksås, blanda ihop (smaka av och tillsätt mer fisksås vid behov).
  5. Hacka schalottenlök, gräslök och cirka 20 st myntblad och tillsätt i färsen med limejuicen.
  6. Serverar i helt blad av isbergssallad (eller gemsallad), toppa med myntablad.
