Dagarna mellan jul och nyår kan matlagningsinspirationen lätt bli låg efter all julmat och stundande festligheter vid det nya året. Därför kommer här ett variationsrikt recept på innanlår där man skär det i tunna skivor gör rullader med tre olika fyllningar. Smaklig spis!

Gör så här

  1. Förbered genom att röra ihop någon av fyllningarna.
  2. Fördela fyllningen och rulla samman dem, fäst med tandpetare eller steknålar.
  3. Bryn smöret i en stekpanna. Lägg i ruladerna och låt dem få vacker brun färg runtom.
  4. Salta och peppra. Späd med lite buljong. Låt ruladerna sjuda sakta under lock ca 30 min.
  5. Ta upp ruladerna och håll dem varma.
  6. Späd ev skyn med lite mer buljong. Sila och använd den som sky eller grundstomme till sås.
  7. Servera med kokt potatis, grönsaker / grönsallad, samt en sky eller gräddsås.

Bacon

Nitrite-free, sugar-free, and without added flavourings! Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.

Joints and marrow bones from our grass-fed lambs, gently simmered for 15 hours with organic ingredients such as carrot, bay leaf, and thyme.
