Varför inte bjuda på dessa supergoda miniburgarna till aftonens grillkväll? Serveras i salladsblad med servera med avokadoröra, cocktailtomater, picklad rödlök och färsk koriander!

 

Gör så här

  1. Blanda ihop högrevsfärsen med salt och peppar. Forma små miniburgare och grilla några minuter på varje sida. Det går rätt snabbt då de är små.
  2. Under tiden burgarna grillas så mosa avokadon och lämna gärna några större bitar. Pressa över lime och blanda ihop tillsammans med hackad koriander. Smaka av med salt och nymald svartpeppar.
  3. Servera med salladsblad, skivade cocktailtomater, picklad rödlök, färsk koriander och rostad sötpotatis.
