Detta är det vinnande receptet i vår Köttbullstävling julen 2015 och är supergoda köttbullar med viss twist.

Gör så här

  1. Finhacka löken. Stek hälften och slå sedan på buljongen.
  2. Lägg där efter ner mesosten och låt den smälta.
  3. Blanda ströbröd, grädde och buljongblandningen. Låt svälla 10 minuter.
  4. Lägg i nötfärs, lök, äggula, salt och peppar.
  5. Använd en glasskopa för att forma fina bullar och stek på medelvärme.

Aji Lemon Drop is an EU Organic certified chili sauce containing 2 types of Baccatum chili, Aji Cristal & Aji Lemon Drop. The sweet and sour fruity citrus flavor of the chili peppers is clearly evident in the sauce. With its fresh, clean taste, it is very suitable for fish or chicken. It is also very good in salad dressing. Heat 3/5.

Bacon

Nitrite-free, sugar-free, and without added flavourings! Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
