Örtbakad fransyska
Att laga en stek är perfekt till studentfirandet, kalaset eller till midsommarbuffén. Servera med en matig sallad och en kall sås så blir gästerna mätta och nöjda.

Gör så här

  1. Tag fram fransyskan i god tid innan den ska tillagas.
  2. Bryn steken i lite smör i en stekpanna så att den får fin färg.
  3. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
  4. Mixa örterna med vitlök, olivolja, salt och peppar.
  5. Gnid in fransyskan med örtmixen och ställ in i ugnen tills fransyskan har en innertemperatur på ca 60 grader för en fin rosa färg.
  6. Låt steken svalna tills den blir ljummen innan den skärs upp. Det går även bra att lägga in steken i kylskåpet och servera kall dagen efter.

Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
