Örtöverbakat innanlår
En saftig stek under ett krispigt örttäcke är det få som kan motstå. Passar utmärkt till påskmiddagen, studentfesten eller kanske på söndagsmiddagen med familjen.

Gör så här

  1. Tag fram köttet i god tid innan det ska tillagas.
  2. Bryn innanlåret i lite smör i en panna och lägg i en ugnsfast form.
  3. Sätt ugnen på 80 grader.
  4. Blanda ströbröd, vitlök, olja, ägg, basilika och salt i en hög skål och mixa till en jämn smet.
  5. Lägg på ett jämnt lager ovanpå steken och ställ in i ugnen.
  6. När steken har en innertemperatur på ca 55 grader, det tar ca 1-1,5 timma, så höj temperaturen till 200 grader och sätt på grillelementet på ugnen. Stek innanlåret i ugnen tills det fått fin färg, tag ut steken och låt den vila 5-10 minuter innan ni skär upp den.
  7. Steken går också fint att servera kall dagen efter tillsammans med en god sallad.

Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
