Gör så här

  1. Skiva löken tunt, salta den och fritera i 150 grader tills den blir gyllenbrun (akta så att den inte bränns) lägg den sedan att torka på hushållspapper.
  2. Finhacka gurka, kapris, persilja och dill och blanda med majonäs och gurkmeja. 
  3. Skiva den pepparstekta rostbiffen tunt och lägg på en smörad surdegsmacka lägg på remouladen och toppa den med rostad lök

Bacon

Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
