Smakrik köttfärssås
Köttfärssås är en rätt som går att använda till många olika saker. Med spagetti en dag, i en lasagne en annan dag, eller till en moussaka en tredje. Laga köttfärssåsen innan färden upp till fjällen så går det snabbt att svänga ihop middagen när man kommer hem från en lång dag i backen.

Gör så här

  1. Smält smöret i en stekpanna och bryn färsen.
  2. Hacka löken och vitlöken fint.
  3. Lägg färsen i en kastrull eller gryta och fräs med lökblandningen.
  4. Lägg i tomatpurén och fräs någon minut till innan du häller på vin, buljong, soya, och de krossade tomaterna.
  5. Tillsätt de soltorkade tomaterna, örterna och låt koka på medelvärme ca 40 min tills köttfärssåsen kokat ner ordentligt och inte är så rinnig. Tillsätt ev grädde och smaka av med salt och peppar. Servera köttfärssåsen med nykokt pasta och riven parmesan.
  6. Klart att servera!
