Roast beef fillet
The topside fillet is as rich as it is tender and is often called the "little sister" to the beef tenderloin. It is cut from the topside, which adjoins the sirloin and the fillet, and is best prepared by slicing it into thick pieces (approx. 2.5–3 cm), salting, and peppering. Then fry or grill over high heat to your desired doneness. Packaging & total weight The delivery may consist of fewer or more packages than ordered, but always with the correct total weight.
