Grekisk lammfärspaj

En supergod paj som går lika bra att göra på fårfärs som på lammfärs. Passar lika bra en vardagskväll som till söndagsmiddagen.

Gör så här

  1. Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.
  2. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till pajdegen till en smidig deg och tryck ut i en pajform, helst med löstagbara kanter.
  3. Stick några hål med en gaffel i degen och låt stå ca 10-15 minuter i frysen.
  4. Förgrädda pajskalet i ca 10 minuter.
  5. Tärna ner zucchini, paprika, lök och soltorkade tomater i mindre bitar.
  6. Stek lammfärsen i lite olivolja och smaksätt med vitlök, salt och peppar.
  7. Tillsätt de tärnade grönsakerna och fräs ytterligare några minuter.
  8. Lägg i färsblandningen i pajskalet.
  9. Toppa med bladspenaten.
  10. Blanda ägg, mjölk, grädde, salt och peppar.
  11. Häll över äggblandningen över spenaten och smula över fetaosten.
  12. Grädda i ugnen ca 20 minuter tills pajen fått fin färg.
  13. Servera med en god grönsallad och lite grekisk yoghurt.
