Grillad fransyska med fransk potatissallad

Utmana grillsommarens flintastek med ett mer smakrikt, gräsuppfött alternativ! I detta recept marineras skivor av fransyska i en ljuvlig klassisk marinad med balsamvinäger vars syra bryter ner köttets proteiner och gör det mörare. Serveras med en fransk potatissallad. 

Gör så här

  1. Börja med marinaden. Hacka timjan och blanda ihop med resten av ingredienserna.
  2. Skär fransyskan tvärs över fibrerna till centimetertjocka skivor.
  3. Marinera köttet några timmar – gärna över natten.
  4. På serveringsdagen; börja med att tvätta och koka potatisen.
  5. Skiva rödlöken tunt och hacka gräslök och persilja.
  6. Blanda ihop rödlök, gräslök, persilja och kapris i en stor skål.
  7. Rör ihop och olivolja, äppelcidervinäger, dijonsenap, salt och peppar, häll över i den stora skålen.
  8. Dela potatisen i mindre bitar om du vill och blanda ihop allt. Låt stå och dra i kylen och blanda i spenaten precis innan servering.
  9. Grilla köttet några minuter på varje sida och skär upp i skivor precis innan servering.
