Grillad skinkstek

Den här långsamt grillade skinksteken blir både smakrik och saftig och serveras gärna tillsammans med Gröna gårdars franska potatissallad!

Gör så här

  1. Lägg skinksteken i BBQ-såsen som marinad över natten.
  2. Blötlägg grillspånet och tänd grillen med briketter
  3. Lägg på spånet när briketterna fått fin glöd, lägg sedan skinksteken på indirekt värme och sätt på locket på grillen. Försök att inte få grillen för varm utan reglera värmen med hjälp av luftventilerna (grillen bör inte överstiga 130 grader)
  4. Vänd skinksteken efter ungefär halva tiden och grilla den tills den har fått en innertemperatur på ungefär 63 grader. Låt den sedan vila i folie i minst tio minuter innan du serverar den.
  5. Servera skinksteken gärna med Gröna gårdars franska potatissallad.

Bacon

Nitrite-free, sugar-free, and without added flavourings! Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.

Joints and marrow bones from our grass-fed lambs, gently simmered for 15 hours with organic ingredients such as carrot, bay leaf, and thyme. Excellent as a warming and nourishing drink or as a flavoring in soups and stews. Since it is both unreduced and salt-free, you can control the concentration and saltiness yourself.
