Flank steak
Flap steak, also known as sirloin tip, is a flavorful and easy-to-prepare cut that is best cooked on the grill, but also works well in a frying pan! It is similar to flank steak but does not necessarily need to be marinated – the quality of our flap steak makes it just as delicious with just salt and pepper. Slice thinly against the grain before serving. Packaging & total weight The delivery may consist of fewer or more packages than the number ordered, but always with the correct total weight.
