Asiatisk biffsallad

Fantastisk god kall asiatisk biffsallad med shiratakinudlar, mört kött och en härlig dessing. Passar lika bra till vardags som fest!

Gör så här

  1. Sätt ugnen på 150°.
  2. Torka av köttet, salta och peppra.
  3. Stek köttet i olja/smör i stekpanna tills det fått fin färg.
  4. Lägg köttet i en ugnssäker form och låt det gå klart i ugnen, innertemperatur ca 55-60°.
  5. Låt köttet vila ca 5 min innan du skär upp det i tunna skivor.
  6. Gör klart nudlarna enligt anvisning på paketet.
  7. Blanda ihop dressingen, smaka av under tiden.
  8. Strimla morötter och salladslök och skär mangon i kuber.
  9. Blanda nudlarna med ca 2/3 av dressingen
  10. Blanda ihop nudlarna med grönsakerna och mangon och lägg på köttet.
  11. Toppa med resten av dressingen, hackade salta jordnötter, koriander, lite extra chili och limeklyftor.

Sirloin

Rib-eye steak

Marbled, tender steak. Entrecôte is located between the chuck and the sirloin, and is one of the most marbled cuts on the animal. It is characterized by its intramuscular fat and a strip of fat in the middle. Grass-feeding gives the fat a mild and rounded flavor, and dry-aging for 7–14 days helps to concentrate the flavors in the cut. Best suited for grilling or pan-frying in slices, but can also be advantageously cooked whole.
