Kålsoppa med frikadeller

Klassisk svensk husmanskost som värmer gott under årets kallare månader. Svenskodlad vitkål är i säsong i stort sett hela året och får en mild och god smak när den tillagas. Som pricken över i:t bjuder kålsoppan på munsbitar av smakrika frikadeller – i detta recept används nötfärs men det går bra att byta ut mot t.ex. fårfärs eller fläskfärs!

 

Gör så här

  1. Skär vitkålen i skivor som du sedan delar så du får relativt grova bitar.
  2. Skala och skär morötterna i något grövre, halverade slantar.
  3. Lägg ner vitkålen, morötterna och buljongen i en stor gryta.
  4. Tillsätt salt och kryddpepparkorn och rör om.
  5. Låt koka upp under lock och koka i 30 minuter. 
  6. Medan soppan kokar på spisen gör du frikadellerna; börja med att blanda samman färsen med salt och svartpeppar.
  7. Forma till små frikadeller och lägg ut på ett bakplåtspapper. Tips! Det är lättare att rulla till fina frikadeller om du fuktar händerna, alternativt tillsätter lite vatten i smeten innan du börjar rulla.
  8. Tillsätt frikadellerna när soppan kokat i 30 minuter och låt koka ytterligare 7–10 minuter. Tiden kan variera lite beroende på hur stora du gör dina frikadeller.
  9. Plocka upp kryddpepparkornen.
  10. Rör ner hackad persilja och smaka av med lite salt och peppar.

Minced beef 15% fat

Endless possibilities. Our flavourful minced beef is ground from cuts such as neck, shank, and brisket, and is one of the products we are most proud of.
