Köttbullar i tomatsås

Ekologiska köttbullar i tomatsås serverade med quinoa – en ört som är naturligt glutenfri. Välj den färs du föredrar, vi har en sort för alla smaker i vårt sortiment. Vill man göra receptet ännu mer barnvänligt kan man såklart byta ut quinoan mot bönpasta eller mos på till exempel sötpotatis eller blomkål. Underbart gott!

 

Gör så här

  1. Finhacka den gula löken och blanda ihop med köttfärs, ägg, salt och peppar.
  2. Hacka persiljan och blanda i smeten.
  3. Forma åtta stora köttbullar.
  4. Stek i smör tills de fått en fin yta.
  5. Tillsätt tomatpurén och vitlöken i stekpannan med köttbullarna och fräs upp lite snabbt.
  6. Slå på passerade tomater, rödvin/äppelcidervinäger och riv i citronzest (yttersta skalet från citronen). Salta och peppra och smaka av med kanel.
  7. Låt puttra under lock tills köttbullarna är klara.
  8. Smula i fetaost och toppa med hackad sötmandel och persilja.
  9. Servera med: Kokt vit quinoa med persilja, olivolja, citron salt och peppar samt lättkokt broccoli eller sparrisbroccoli.

Our minced beef has a fat content of approximately 15%, which is slightly higher than standard mince. This provides both excellent frying properties for patties and great flavour for bolognese sauce and taco meat.
