Köttbullar med vitkålsmos

Detta recept helt klart barnens favoritrecept men passar natuligtvis även de stora i familjen, en vardagsklassiker helt enkelt!

Gör så här

  1. Börja med att hyvla gurkan i tunna skivor.

  2. Värm sedan upp vattnet och upp sötningen och blanda ihop med ättikan och saltet.
 Låt ättikslagen svalna.

  3. Blanda gurkan och persiljan i en skål och slå över vätskan och ställ in i kylen.
  4. Därefter hacka löken fint och blanda ihop med resten av ingredienserna till köttbullarna.
 
  5. Låt stå en stund och rulla sen små köttbullar och stek i smör eller ghee.
  6. Skär sedan vitkålen i tärningar och koka i saltat vatten tills kålen mjukat, cirka 10 minuter.

  7. Mixa kålen med stavmixer eller i matberedare till önskad konsistens tillsammans med en rejäl klick smör / ghee, salt och vitpeppar (och en klick Crème Fraiche om man vill).
