Organfärsbiffar med rostade rotfrukter & äpple

Sätt en twist på klassika biffar med vår organfärs – ett perfekt sätt att få i sig mer av den näringstäta organmaten! Under höst och vinter är rotfrukter och äppelsorter som Cox Orange och Aroma i säsong och därmed ett extra bra val.

Gör så här

  1. Sätt ugnen på 225 grader. Skala och skär rotfrukterna i mindre bitar, skala löken och klyfta och skär äpplen i klyftor.
  2. Lägg rotfrukter och lök i en stor ugnssäker form. Ringla över olja och salta och peppra.
  3. Rosta i mitten av ugnen i ca 35 minuter. Rör om lägg i äpplena efter ungefär halva tiden.
  4. Finhacka löken till biffarna.
  5. Blanda lök, salt, peppar, timjan och ägg i en skål och rör sen i organfärsen.
  6. Forma biffar och bryn i smör tills de är genomstekta.
  7. Man kan även steka klart dem i ugnen på ca 125 grader. Lägg en bit folie över plåten för att undvika att de bränns!
