About our meat

Our beef is organic, grass-fed beef from Western Sweden. We collaborate with around 40 cattle farmers, from Ekshärad in the north to Simlångsdalen in the south. These are farms that we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and the welfare of animals and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which allows them to grow at a natural pace, and the meat thus has time to become marbled, flavourful, and tender.

Färsen är fryst, vakuumförpackad för bästa hållbarhet, och märkt& med vikt, datum och namn. Rekommenderad förvaringstemperatur är -18°C. Hållbarheten är ett år från infrysningsdatum. Tina gärna upp den på en rostfri bänk, i kallt vatten eller kylskåpet över natten.

As each animal is unique and has its own individual composition, the fat content varies slightly, but it is typically around 15%. The slightly higher fat content results in a flavorful and easy-to-work mince that you can easily shape into patties and meatballs.
