Pannbiff med gräddsås
En klassiker som aldrig är fel! Pannbiff med gräddsås, kokt potatis, stekt lök och rårörda lingon.

Gör så här

  1. Börja med att eventuellt tina lingonen och blanda med valfri mängd socker.
  2. Skiva löken fint och bryn lätt med smör i en stekpanna.
  3. Tag ut hälften av den brynta löken och mixa till en pasta. Blanda lökpastan med färsen och smaka av med salt och peppar (genom att steka löken innan du blandar i den i färsen så blir smaken rundare och inte lika skarp som om du hade använt rå lök).
  4. Forma färsen till pannbiffar och stek i smör tills de får fin färg och är klara.
  5. Ta ur biffarna och häll på lite vatten i den varma stekpannan så att du har en grund till såsen. Häll på grädden och smaksätt med soya och salt och peppar. Du kan också blanda i lite av de rårörda lingonen för en fylligare smak.
  6. Servera med kokt potatis och den stekta löken.
  7. Klart att avnjutas!
