Gör så här

  1. Rosta solrosfröna och ställ åt sidan för att svalna. 
  2. Mixa alla ingredienser väl i en mixer eller matberedare, men se till att konsistensen fortfarande är lite grov.
  3. Smaka av med vinäger och salt. Peston kräver en hel del syra och sälta för att harmonisera med lamm- eller fårköttet.

Hammarosten offers notes of caramelized butter, hazelnut, and flowers, with a light saltiness. It is inspired by the culinary craftsmanship of the Alpine countries, where cheese made from hay milk has a long tradition. The natural rind means that some cheeses have traces of wild mold, which forms white or dark spots on the orange smear layer. This does not affect the cheese itself and is harmless. PLEASE NOTE – short shelf life! To reduce food waste, we are now selling a limited batch of Hammarosten with a 10% discount. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
