Chorizo à la sidra

Plockvänlig rätt på vår nitritfria chorizo med inspiration från spansk cuisine! Du svänger ihop den på nolltid på några få ingredienser, perfekt när tapas-suget faller på.

Gör så här

  1. Krossa vitlöken med kniven eller undersidan av ett glas. Stek i några minuter i olivoljan på låg värme.
  2. Skiva chorizon grovt och stek ihop med vitlöken. Höj värmen något och stek tills korven fått fin yta (ca 4 minuter).
  3. Häll i cider tillsammans med lagerbladet och låt vätskan reducera till hälften, det tar ca 8 minuter.
  4. Toppa med finhackad persilja och servera med ett gott bröd att doppa i den smakrika såsen.

Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.
