Tenderloin, ribeye, and sirloin. In our Premium Box, we've included the most tender cuts of our grass-fed beef. It's a perfect box for those who enjoy a grilled ribeye, a rare sirloin, or a pan-fried tenderloin cooked to perfection. We believe that grass-feeding gives the meat a uniquely delicious flavor, thanks to the diverse feed and slow growth. All cuts are dry-aged for 7-14 days before butchering to further enhance the taste experience.

Rib-eye steak

Marbled, tender steak. Entrecôte is located between the chuck and the sirloin, and is one of the most marbled cuts on the animal. It is characterized by its intramuscular fat and a strip of fat in the middle. Grass-feeding gives the fat a mild and rounded flavor, and dry-aging for 7–14 days helps to concentrate the flavors in the cut. Best suited for grilling or pan-frying in slices, but can also be advantageously cooked whole. Packaging & total weight The delivery may consist of fewer or more packages than the number ordered, but always with the correct total weight.
