Nitrite-free, sugar-free diced bacon without added flavourings! Together with KustCharken, we have created something that can best be described as a bacon dream where truly good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot and cold smoked with alder chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and comes pre-diced and ready!

About our meat

Our pork is organic and dry-aged, and currently only comes from Erik Ragnarsson & Sofia Warefelt's farm Kärragärde (Tvååker in Halland). These are happy pigs with free access to outdoor life and an organic feed, which gives the meat a fantastically fine flavour. The meat is dry-aged for 4–5 days and hand-butchered at our cutting plant in Uddevalla. On all whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which breeder the animal comes, as well as its breed and age.
