500 g, 452 kr/kg

Flavourful and slow-cooking-friendly cuts of lamb, such as shoulder, shank, breast, and neck, in approximately 2 – 4 cm bite-sized pieces. Our carefully selected mix of cuts means that the stewing pieces contain some connective tissue, fat, and collagen that melt during slow cooking, giving your stews a wonderfully deep and rich flavour.

Product information

Size: 500 g.

Ingredients: Lamb meat, boneless (organic & grass-fed).

Suitable for: Boiling

The meat is vacuum-packed for optimal shelf life and labeled with origin, weight, date, and name. For this product, we guarantee a shelf life of at least 2 months from when you receive your delivery, but the meat is often excellent to use even if the best-before date has passed – therefore, let the smell and appearance determine rather than the date.

The recommended storage temperature for frozen meat is -18°C. Thaw in a bowl of cold water and then store chilled at a maximum of +4°C or cook immediately. Thawed meat keeps for about 1–3 days in the refrigerator.

About our meat

Our lamb is organic, grass-fed meat from western Sweden. We collaborate with about 40 lamb farmers, from Ekshärad in the north to Simlångsdalen in the south. These are farms that we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and care for animals and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which means they grow at a steady pace and the meat thus has time to become marbled, flavorful, and tender. The meat is dry-aged for 7–14 days and butchered by hand at our facility in Uddevalla. On whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which farmer the animal comes, as well as its gender, breed, and age.
