Tender loin chops that get an extra flavour boost when you leave the bone in during cooking. Just like our boneless lamb chops, this cut is taken from the lamb's back and consists of both the loin and saddle. A true delicacy that is excellent for quick cooking, such as in a frying pan or over hot coals!

About our meat

Our lamb is organic, grass-fed meat from western Sweden. We collaborate with around 10 lamb breeders, from Ed in the north to Onsala in the south. We are proud to work with these farms, as they focus on both quality and animal welfare and nature conservation. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which means they grow at a moderate pace, allowing the meat to become marbled, flavorful, and tender. The meat is dry-aged for 7–14 days and hand-cut at our butchery in Uddevalla. On whole cuts (i.e., everything except ground meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which breeder the animal comes, as well as its sex, breed, and age.

Handling advice

Köttet är löspackat och märkt med ursprung, vikt, datum och namn. För denna produkt garanterar vi en hållbarhet på minst 2 månader räknat från när du tar emot din leverans, men köttet går ofta utmärkt att använda även om bäst-före-datumet har passerat – låt därför lukten och utseendet avgöra snarare än datumet.

Rekommenderad förvaringstemperatur är -18°C för fryst kött. Tina upp i en skål med kallt vatten och förvara sen kylt i max +4°C eller tillaga direkt. Upptinat kött håller sig ca 1–3 dagar i kylen.
