Lamb's liver has a slightly milder taste than beef liver and has similar properties to calf's liver. Slice it and pan-fry for a few minutes on each side, or roast it whole and slice afterwards. Lamb's liver also works excellently on the grill, or of course as part of hearty stews. Tip! It's easier to get uniformly thick, nice slices of frozen lamb's liver by not thawing it completely, but by slicing it when it's semi-frozen.

About our meat

Our lamb is organic, grass-fed meat from western Sweden. We collaborate with around 10 lamb farmers, from Ed in the north to Onsala in the south. These are farms that we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and the welfare of animals and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which means they grow at a suitable pace, allowing the meat to develop rich flavor and tenderness. The meat is dry-aged and butchered by hand at our facility in Uddevalla. For whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: which farmer the animal came from, as well as its sex, breed, and age.

Handling advice

Lammdetaljer och lammfärs bör tillagas omgående eller frysas in direkt efter leverans. Lammköttet håller sig upp till 1 år fryst i -18°C. De frysta lammen är infrysta direkt efter styckning.

Alla detaljer samt färsen i boxarna är vakuumförpackade för bästa hållbarhet. Detaljerna är märkta med ursprung, vikt, datum och namn. Färsen kommer i 500-gramsförpackningar.
