Coarsely ground pork with a really delightful bite that you can easily transform into a rich salsiccia pasta or shape into juicy patties to throw on the grill! Since we have chosen to season the mince with only sea salt to let the good meat flavor take center stage, you can vary the seasoning yourself – how about the super combo of garlic, fennel and a pinch of chili flakes? As usual, the meat is organic and comes from pigs raised at Ragnarssons in Tvååker, Halland.

About our meat

Our pork is organic and dry-aged, currently sourced exclusively from Erik Ragnarsson & Sofia Warefelt's farm Kärragärde (Tvååker in Halland). These are happy pigs with free access to the outdoors and an organic feed that gives the meat a wonderfully fine flavor. The meat is dry-aged for 4–5 days and hand-butchered at our cutting facility in Uddevalla. On whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which breeder the animal comes, as well as its breed and age.

Rekommenderad förvaringstemperatur är -18°C för fryst kött. Tina upp i en skål med kallt vatten och förvara sen kylt i max +4°C eller tillaga direkt.
