Our slim hotdog is for those who want to whip up a dinner in no time, are hosting a children's party, or appreciate being able to grab a quick snack on the go – without compromising on quality or taste! Beneath the snappy casing lies a treasure trove of flavor, carefully crafted from West Swedish meat from organic pigs and grass-fed cattle. To allow the meat to take center stage, the sausage is delicately seasoned with black pepper, paprika, onion, and a pinch of nutmeg. Just meat and spices – everything needed for a truly delicious sausage!

Lamb sausage with Hallera cheese

When the rich flavour of grass-fed meat, traditional food craft, and carefully selected ingredients interact, something extraordinary is created. This juicy lamb sausage is developed in collaboration with Hållsunga pantry in Kärna and offers a pleasant salty-sour note thanks to the creamy Hallera cheese. The cheese is also produced by Hållsunga pantry and has been awarded a gold medal in the Swedish Championship in Food Craft.

Grilled beef slices

These slices of roast beef cook quickly on the grill and are therefore perfect to serve at gatherings with many guests. The slices are equally good cold on a buffet with potato salad or freshly grilled with a creamy potato gratin. NOTE! This product has also been sold under the name Sliced Roast Beef, and you may therefore receive meat labeled either Grilled Roast Beef Slices or Sliced Roast Beef when ordering this product.
