Beef bacon, you read that right! Our beef bacon is made from beef brisket, which is located around the animal's ribs and, just like pork belly, consists of layers of fat and meat. With a balanced saltiness and a mild smoky flavor, our Beef Bacon is a perfect substitute for pork bacon and goes just as well with breakfast eggs as it does in a wonderfully creamy pasta sauce! Naturally made from grass-fed beef, completely free from unnecessary additives and nitrites.

About our meat

Our beef & lamb is organic, grass-fed meat from western Sweden. We collaborate with around 40 beef & lamb farmers, from Ekshärad in the north to Simlångsdalen in the south. These are farms that we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and care for animals and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which means they grow at a moderate pace, allowing the meat to become marbled, flavorful, and tender. The meat is dry-aged for 7–14 days and hand-cut at our butchery in Uddevalla. For whole cuts (i.e., everything except mince), you will always find complete origin information: from which farmer the animal comes, as well as its gender, breed, and age.
