Diced bacon from grass-fed beef! Our diced beef bacon is made from brisket, which is located around the animal's ribs and is just like pork belly – layers of fat and meat. With a balanced saltiness and mild smoky flavor, our Diced Beef Bacon is a perfect substitute for pork bacon and is equally delicious in a Dutch baby pancake or as a crispy topping on baked potatoes; only your imagination sets the limits. Of course, our Diced Beef Bacon contains no unnecessary additives or nitrites.

About our meat

Our beef and lamb are organic, grass-fed meats from western Sweden. We collaborate with around 40 beef and lamb farmers from Ekshärad in the north to Simlångsdalen in the south. These are farms we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and animal welfare and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which allows them to grow at a natural pace, and the meat thus becomes marbled, flavorful, and tender. The meat is dry-aged for 7–14 days and hand-cut at our butchery in Uddevalla. For whole cuts (i.e., everything except minced meat), you will always find complete origin information: from which farmer the animal comes, as well as its gender, breed, and age.
