The Beef Box is completely anatomical, meaning it takes responsibility for all parts of the animal. This makes it our most varied meat box, as it contains cuts from our entire beef assortment.
This also means that the content of the Beef Box can naturally vary between the different sizes. The larger the size, the more certain you can be that all cuts from the animal are included. We always distribute the content as follows, regardless of size:
Beef Box 10, 20, or 30 kg
approx. 1–3 kg premium cuts (such as sirloin, ribeye, tri-tip, or tenderloin).
approx. 1.5–4.5 kg oven cuts (such as silverside, rump steak, roast beef, topside, flank steak, clod, or chuck tender).
approx. 2.5–7.5 kg boiling cuts (such as luxury stew/grill pieces, stewing beef, chuck roll, beef round, clod roast, or bottom round).
approx. 5–15 kg minced beef.
