Our hash pieces are made from our delicious cooked salt-cured beef, which has been cured in a nitrite-free brine and then sous-vide cooked by the skilled food artisans at KustCharken, finally cut into smaller, hash-friendly pieces. Supplement with fridge clear-out items such as a leftover sausage from yesterday's dinner and some sad vegetables or root vegetables, and you'll have a waste-smart and tasty hash ready in no time!

About our meat

Our beef is organic, grass-fed beef from Western Sweden. We collaborate with around 40 cattle farmers, from Ekshärad in the north to Simlångsdalen in the south. These are farms that we are proud to work with, as they focus on both quality and care for animals and nature. All animals are raised on grass and herbs, which allows them to grow at a natural pace, and the meat thus has time to become marbled, flavorful, and tender. The meat is dry-aged for 7–14 days and hand-cut at our butchery in Uddevalla. On whole cuts (i.e., everything except mince), you will always find complete origin information: from which farmer the animal comes, as well as its sex, breed, and age.
