Chuck mince (freshly frozen)
According to some, the obvious choice when hamburgers are on the menu! Chuck has good marbling and a lot of membranes and connective tissue – properties that make our fine chuck mince incredibly flavorful. The mince has a fat content of about 15%, which gives it good binding properties, and we freeze it immediately after grinding! Packaging & total weight The delivery may consist of fewer or more packages than the number ordered, but always with the correct combined total weight.
