Bacon

Nitrite-free, sugar-free, and without added flavourings! Together with KustCharken, we have developed what can almost be described as a bacon dream, where really good taste meets honest food craftsmanship. Our organic pork belly from Ragnarsson's farm is cured in a brine consisting of sea salt and water, and then hot-smoked with juniper wood chips. The bacon has a mild smoky flavour and has been sliced into slightly thicker pieces.

Our slim hotdog is for those who want to whip up a dinner in no time, are hosting a children's party, or appreciate being able to grab a quick snack on the go – without compromising on quality or taste! Beneath the snappy casing lies a treasure trove of flavor, carefully crafted from West Swedish meat from organic pigs and grass-fed cattle. Bratwurst

Germany meets Halland in Gröna Gårdar's own bratwurst! Our bratwurst is seasoned with, among other things, garlic, cumin and marjoram and, just like our other sausages, has a high meat content of 79%. The bratwurst is full of flavourful pork from Erik Ragnarsson & Sofia Warefelt's farm in Halland and is, of course, free from nitrite, e-numbers, flavour enhancers or other fillers.

Kotlettbacon

Vi brukar ofta hylla fettet som den ultimata smakbäraren, och det står vi fast vid! Men ibland kräver rätten en annan typ av textur – ett rejälare bett och en massiv köttupplevelse, med samma goda sälta och röksmak som gör bacon så gott. Vårt kotlettbacon (eller kanadensiskt bacon som det också kallas) är ett småskaligt mathantverk tillverkat av benfri, ekologisk kotlettrad från grisar uppfödda på Ragnarssons gård i Tvååker. Kotlett är en naturligt mager grisdetalj, men vi har även putsat bort fettkappan för att hålla nere på fetthalten utan att tumma på smakupplevelsen. Precis som allt vårt bacon skippar vi både socker, nitrit och konstgjorda rökaromer. Skivorna är väl tilltagna och tjockleken är cirka 3–4 mm.

Lard

Add an extra dimension of flavour to your cooking with rendered lard from organic pigs from Ragnarsson's farm. Our ready-to-use lard has a butter-like consistency and a good, neutral taste. Use it in the frying pan when pan-frying potatoes and vegetables or spread it on your breakfast sandwich as a tastier and more cholesterol-friendly alternative to table margarine. The solid craftsmanship is signed by MälarChark, who have seasoned the sausage with nutmeg, paprika, and onion. It is, of course, completely free from E-numbers, nitrites, and artificial flavor enhancers. These delicious cocktail sausages are a must-have on every Easter, Midsummer, or Christmas table!
