Pork belly
Pork belly is a staple of traditional Swedish cuisine and can be served as a main course with potatoes and onion sauce, or as a side dish to dishes like kroppkakor (potato dumplings), fläskpannkaka (pork pancake), or rårakor (potato pancakes). Pork belly also bakes well in the oven or as part of a hearty stew, and of course, you should try smoking it to make your own bacon! Since our pork belly still has the rind, you can oven-bake it to create a delicious combination of taste and texture where the crispy rind meets the juicy pork.
